Complete Meeting Kit

With our format and four readings anyone can hold a MDA meeting or start a group. Feel free to download and print-out the items listed below (you can use the other sections as support), and gather Manic Depressives together for a meeting. We gain strength from each other, so we can love each other back to health.

Recommended for utilization by counselers, either in-patient or out-patient; in treatment centers, psycho-social rehabilitation centers, dual-diagnosis treatment centers, along with jails and institutions; as well as impromptu, weekly or regularly scheduled Manic Depressives Anonymous meetings in society as a whole.

If your diagnosis is borderline personality disorder and not bi-polar, we ask you to seek treatment elsewhere.

If you would like to start a new meeting please contact us and we will help. Or, if you are already meeting contact us and we can add you to a World-Wide meeting list. Please e-mail for MDA manicdepres.anon@ymail.com, for MDA in California, cal-mda@yahoo.com. For Bi-Polar Anonymous, bipolaranon@ymail.com and BPA 27 write bpatwentyseven@yahoo.com.
